Introductory Individual Package

We feel so strongly that one on one sessions are the ideal way to start here that we offer them at a discounted rate. You can really get a feel for our studio and instructors with 3 Individual sessions, especially if Pilates is a brand new workout for you. The improvement in mind-body connection is hard to explain to someone who has never tried Pilates before. We’ve seen time after time that after a few sessions, you’ll get to experience it for yourself!

Individual Pilates Session

Available in-studio and virtually

A one on one session with one of our fully certified and experienced instructors. All of our CPB instructors have completed training in comprehensive 600+ hour programs. We specialize in injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre and post natal, training with elite athletes and complete beginners. Individual sessions are the ideal way to really gain the best results. Your sessions are tailored to your needs and goals and we are in constant communication with you to ensure you are getting the best workout for your body!

Virtual Pilates Session

45 Min Individual Session

Available in-studio and virtually

This is our Individual 45 Min session for those who need to save on time or budget. You’ll still get all of the benefits of a regular Individual session. If you’re trying to fit in that Pilates workout in your lunch break, between dropping off the kids at sports practices or just need to stick to a lower workout budget- this is the class for you!

Duet Sessions

Duets- Bring a friend and workout together. This is a session for two people with one of our instructors. We all know that having a partner to workout with can be highly motivating so we offer Pilates just for the two of you. Bring a friend or family member and get some quality time working together. Duets are a way to lower the cost and increase the motivation to make your Pilates journey last a lifetime.

Virtual Private Sessions

During a virtual session you will continue working on your goals with our experienced instructors. You will only need a mat or a towel and small props that you might already have at home (theraband, magic circle, hand weights.) We can help you source any props that you need and give suggestions on how to improvise using items that you already have available (e.g. food cans instead of hand weights.) We can incorporate a chair into your workout as well.

Virtual Mat Classes

We offer a variety of Pilates mat classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced. You will need a mat or towel for your class. To keep things fun, we often used other props like a chair (dining table chairs are perfect!) or cans of food as hand weights. Regardless of the class that you choose, you can expect to get a great creative Pilates workout at home!
